My dad is stricken with alzheimers yet he refuses to wear his GPS necklace. Any suggestions?

      An article of clothing he likes to have it works and why its good idea to have it on.
      The gps and why its good idea to wear or better yet make velcro pocket in place he cannot easily reach.
