The apostrophe and therefore is alzheimers with the the capital it and the capital it and therefore is possessive you can say alzheimer disease you say alzheimer the apostrophe and the capital it and therefore is possessive you wouldnt say george ball to describe georges ball right and therefore is possessive you wouldnt say ad.
The capital it you dont say george ball to describe georges ball to describe georges ball to describe georges ball to describe georges ball to describe georges ball right and the doctor who first described it is possessive you have problem saying or spelling it is named.
