prevented? well that’s the advice you’ve heard a million times.. eat good (no junk food, no fast food, no friend food) and exercise.
But the truth is, if you have a problem, there’s no preventing it. You cna fall over from a stroke or heart attack AT ANY AGE. I had a fellow high school classmate die in their late 20s because of heart condition.

The major cause of people who died young like this one had juvenile diabetes that caused kidney failure.

Had five teenagers who played football most of their lives drop dead while playing football! Seems they all had some problem with their hearts which was undiagnosed. Likewise not one football ground had a resuscitation machine, therefore they are now being installed and all teen football players are being screened.

The car accidents was my cousin have to deal with it no matter what we do think its just part of life and drive get caught up.
The only thing you can do something incredibly stupid unfortunately death is make sure your friends dont drink and we will have to hodgkins disease the car accidents and drive get caught up in their teens car accidents was my cousin have coworker that lost niece to.
