		<description>Senility and brain disfunction in animals is documented.  As an owner I'd accomodate their level of function as much as possible, so if he needs help, be patient and do what you can to help him understand and deal with things.  Some cats just do forget stuff and they get scared about it (the crying) so treat them gently and help as much as possible.</description>

		<description>Older cats do have memory failure,.. I've had over 20 yr. olds that did,.. but I don't consider your cat's age that old.
It may be his eyesight's not as good as before.
The senior cat does need more attention to detail.
